Please read these Terms of Use ("Agreement") carefully before accessing or using the Purposeful Processes Dubsado Course for Wedding Planners (referred to as "Course") provided by Olive Branch Events Co., LLC (referred to as "Provider").

By accessing or using the Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of the Agreement, then you may not access the Course.

  1. Course Access and Use:
    a. The Course is designed to provide educational content and resources specifically for wedding planners seeking to learn and utilize Dubsado.
    b. The Course materials, including but not limited to videos, workbooks, templates, and resources, are solely for personal and non-commercial use.
    c. Access to the Course is granted to the individual purchaser only and may not be shared, distributed, or resold.
  2. Intellectual Property:
    a. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and any other proprietary rights, in and to the Course and its materials, belong to the Provider.
    b. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Course materials without prior written permission from the Provider.
  3. No Guarantees or Warranties:
    a. The Course is provided on an "as-is" basis, and the Provider makes no guarantees or warranties regarding its accuracy, effectiveness, or outcomes.
    b. The Provider is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages or losses incurred as a result of using or relying on the Course materials or information provided.
  4. Limitation of Liability:
    a. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Course.
    b. The total liability of the Provider, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Course.
  5. Refund Policy:
    a. Due to the digital nature of the Course and immediate access to the materials, refunds will not be provided after purchase.
  6. Modifications:
    a. The Provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Course at any time without prior notice.
    b. The Provider may update these Terms of Use from time to time, and the updated version will be effective upon posting on the Provider's website.
  7. Governing Law:
    a. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wisconsin.
    b. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Course or these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Eau Claire County, Wisconsin.
